Originally from Orléans, it was at the age of 25 that I took off for South America, with light luggage, no return ticket and a desire to live a great adventure on the American continent. Argentina would be my home for over 10 years. I decided to leave my initial training as an Achat engineer for tourism, which led me to discover Argentina from north to south. In 2022, I decided to embark on a new challenge with my Franco-Argentine family in Central America: heading for Nicaragua! Today, I’m Manager of Terra Nicaragua. I never tire of discovering and rediscovering this warm, sincere country, with its untouched landscapes and far from the crowds! My tip from a local: Don’t hesitate to jump the language barrier and talk to Nicaraguans! The warmth and openness of the Nicaraguan people will leave you with lasting memories.My favorite:Take a local boat trip with Antonio and his sons to discover the lush Juan Venado nature reserve. Meet Donald and his family to make chocolate from cocoa beans. Lean over the crater of the Telica volcano at dawn, for a vertiginous sensation! A dish in Nicaragua?Tilapia a la plancha, a fish found especially on Ometepe Island. An address? Where are you from? Originally from Chinandega, Nicaragua, I studied sustainable tourism and have been working as a tour guide since 2006, traveling and sharing Nicaragua’s beautiful sites. I’ve also worked as a tour leader in Central America, and I’m currently in a new phase of my career as a tour planner with Terra Nicaragua.
